Duplex apartment with downstairs kitchen (fitted with oven/stove, refrigerator, etc.) and dining room with balcony. The upstairs area has one twin bedroom with balcony, one triple bedroom and a bathroom.

Bed linen, duvet cover, kitchen cloths and bathroom towels are at your disposal (changed weekly). Water, gas, electricity, heating and the rent of a garage it's incl.
Pets
Small dogs are allowed after the prior approval of the management. Fee: €5 per day with obligatory final cleaning.
Wellness
On reservation: sauna, Turkish bath, solarium, infrared cabin with chromo therapy.
Deposit
The deposit amounts to 1/3 of the rental price. Debit and credit card will be accept with a fee of 3% on the total price.
Check-in/out
From Saturday at 4 p.m. till Saturday at 10 a.m. (if not differently defined).
