The history of Residence Chris Appart
The Residence Chris Appart it’s the historical oldest building of the region. Already in the past, voyager which travels though the Dolomites mountain find here an accommodation. In 1894 Theodor Christomannos starts from this building the touristic development of the region. The British statesman Sir Winston Churchill used to travel to Carezza many times. He painted the lake Carezza, work which under an article of CNN was sold this 2012 during an auction. During one of this occasion Sir Winston Churchill donated my father Ferdinand Geiger one of his precious cigars.
