OUR RATES AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Included in the price: water, electricity, heating, bed linen, towels, and garage parking. Each additional person is charged €25 per night. Dogs are welcome at €15 per night. During high season, a minimum stay of seven nights applies.
GOOD TO KNOW
Within easy walking distance of Chris Appart: a bus stop, small grocery store, sports shop with ski rental, ski and climbing schools, the alpine 9-hole golf course, and excellent restaurants serving traditional South Tyrolean cuisine. Everything you need is accessible on foot.

Included in the price: water, electricity, heating, bed linen, towels, final cleaning, and garage parking. Each additional person in the apartment is charged €25 per night. Payment of the remaining balance is due upon arrival.
Deposit
To confirm your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required. We accept EC cards and credit cards. In case of cancellation, late arrival, or early departure, the full accommodation cost may be charged. We recommend travel cancellation insurance.
Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in: between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM Check-out: by 10:00 AM
Alternative times are possible only by prior arrangement.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in the coffee room throughout your stay.
Games room
Our lounge features a billiard table, table football, books, and board games. Guests particularly appreciate the traditional atmosphere. Historic photographs and images adorn the walls here, as throughout the entire house – reflecting our passion for preserving local heritage.
Parking / Garage
Several free parking spaces are available at the house. Each apartment includes a private garage with direct access to the building. Garage dimensions: 2.50 m wide × 2.10 m high × 5.20 m deep
Laundry service
A washing machine is available on the lower floor, at the garage entrance. Charges apply per load. A clothes rack and iron are provided free of charge. A dry-cleaning service is located in Welschnofen/Nova Levante (7 km away).
Pets
Your four-legged companion is welcome upon request. Dogs are charged €15 per day.
Supermarket / Shopping
Shopping facilities are close by. A small grocery store is located just minutes away in the Grand Hotel. A sports shop with ski rental is also within walking distance.

Please note that in case of no-show or early departure, partial or full charges may apply.

APARTMENTS IN KARERSEE, SURROUNDED BY THE DOLOMITES
Live at 1,650 metres altitude, between the majestic Dolomite peaks of Rosengarten (Catinaccio) and Latemar. Our apartments are simple and cosy – or as our guests say: "apartments with charm." They accommodate two to five guests and feature a balcony or terrace. The welcoming coffee room at reception serves as a gathering place for all guests. Feel at home in the heart of the Dolomites.
