In the immediate proximity of Chris Appart, you will find a bus stop, a small grocery store, a sporting goods shop with ski rental, the ski and climbing schools, the alpine 9-hole golf course and good restaurants with typical dishes. All are within walking distance.

DEPOSIT

To confirm the booking, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required. In the case of cancellation, late arrival and early departure, the full price for the room will be charged. Please use our holiday cancellation insurance offer.

We also accept EC card and credit card.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT

Check in between 4:00 and 6:00 pm. 

Check out within 10 am. 

Deviations are only possible after consultation and agreement.

BOOKING

You can book directly and conveniently online via the website. In order to fix the booking, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required.

FREE INTERNET

During your stay in our house, free internet is available in the coffee room.

​

PLAYER ROOM

In our lounge you will find a billiard, a table football and some books and games. Our guests especially like the traditional atmosphere here. On the walls you will find some historical photos and pictures, as everywhere in the house.

PARKING LOT/GARAGES

There are several free parking lots at the house. Each apartment also has its own garage with direct access to the house. Please note the dimensions of the garage door: 2.50 metres wide, 2.10 metres high and 5.20 metres deep.

LAUNDRY SERVICE

You can use our laundry service on request. The washing machine is on the lower floor, at the entrance to the garages. We charge per load of washing machine. In your room you will find a small laundry rack. An iron is provided free of charge.

In Welschnofen (7 km away) there is a dry-cleaning service.

PETS

You are welcome to bring your four-legged friend with you on request. For dogs we charge 10 Euro per day.

​

RATES

Our rates are per night for two persons. Included in the rate are: water, electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and the garage.

​

The tourist tax is 1,70 Euro per person per night.

For each additional person in the apartment we charge 20 Euro per night.

For dogs we charge 10 Euro per night.

​

SUPERMARKET/SHOPPING

You will find shopping facilities in the neighbourhood. Only a few minutes’ walk from the apartments, directly in the Grand Hotel, there is a small grocery store. Also, within walking distance: a sports goods shop with ski rental.

CANCELLATION

Please understand that we have to charge a part of the costs in case of non-arrival or early departure:

From booking until 15 days before arrival: 30 % of the booked amount.

14-7 days before arrival: 50 % of the booked amount

7-1 days before arrival: 70 % of the booked amount

CANCELLATION - CORONA

In case of a cancellation due to Covid 19, a voucher will be issued for the booked period and the booked services.

​

MINIMUM STAY

During the high season (New Year's Eve, Carnival and Assumption Day) there is a minimum stay of seven nights.
